The type of information JetFormBuilder collects
We collect certain information about visitors and users of our Sites.
- Information from buyers. Account information (the logs with the access details) is stored in a secure webserver that will be contacted for updating any JetFormBuidler’s add-on the user installed. We collect your name, company name, website, phone number(s), address, business type, email address, and information from merchant processors like PayPal email address or ID, etc. We use this information to work with you, confirm your identity, contact you, pay you, and screen for risk, fraud, or other similar types of issues, to send technical notices, updates, security alerts, information regarding changes to our policies, and support or administrative messages.

We collect information about the device and browser you use, your network connection, IP address, and information about the cookies installed on your device, support queries, and web analytics data. We also collect personal information submitted by you via any messaging feature available from any of our websites. From chat support users, we collect names, email addresses, information about the device and browser you use, chat transcripts, and other personal information you provide us during our chat. According to our Terms of Service, we may request additional documentation from you during the chat to verify your identity.

Where we store your personal information
JetFormBuilder has its headquarters in the United States and is supported by various affiliated group companies (the “support companies”) throughout the world. The support companies only provide an internal supporting role to and for the benefit of JetFormBuilder. We do this based on your consent to this policy. To protect your information, we take care where possible to work with subcontractors and service providers who we believe maintain an acceptable standard of data security compliance.
How long we keep your personal information
We retain your personal information for as long as is necessary to provide the services to you, and to comply with our legal obligations. If you no longer want us to use your personal information or to provide you with the JetFormBuilder services, you can request that we erase your personal information and close your JetFormBuilder account. Please note that if you request the erasure of your personal information we will retain information from deleted accounts as necessary for our legitimate business interests, to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect fees, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with investig ations, enforce the terms of service and take other actions permitted by law. The information we retain will be handled per this Privacy Policy.
